Our classic and modern dishes are all prepared with with a hint of Scottish influence, and even though our dishes are worldly we are proud to say we use only the freshest, locally-grown ingredients. Our passion for cooking has led us to importing a four-oven Aga stove. In the winter you'll find our guests warming up in front of it while enjoying their early morning coffee.
