Royal Manor is an historic building erected in the early 1800's as an Inn and Tavern for arriving travellers. It has been beautifully restored, with modern amenities added for the comfort of today's guests. The property is surrounded by Historic Fort George, and has perennial gardens that provide a beautiful and peaceful setting for sitting and relaxing on the verandah. This is paradise on earth!
The guest rooms all have ensuite bathrooms, with new & modern amenities. Two of the suites have a queen size bed, TV, and fireplace. One suite is beautifully decorated and furnished with 2 twin size beds. The mattresses, bedding and linens are all of the highest quality to provide guests with the comfort of a luxurious holiday. Antiques are prominent throughout the house, including an antique dining set where guests enjoy their daily breakfast.
A gourmet breakfast is served daily, with a wide range of recipes that are prepared for you each morning. Start with fresh brewed coffee or tea; juice; a bowl of local fruits; scones, muffins, or croissants; and finally, enjoy the entree of the day such as, Apple French Toast with maple sausages; eggs benedict; baked omelet with chives, cheese & herbs, or stuffed french toast. Breakfast will be a hi-light of your stay at Royal Manor.
